900Solutions is currently looking for an IT Support Analyst for a contract role, with a possibility of being extended or converted to full-time. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, confident, adaptable, collaborative and client service focused. It is beneficial if the candidate has worked in a law firm.
Responsibilities:
Provides support to resolve incidents. This role will be required to provide on call support evenings and week-ends on a rotational basis.
Provide first-class customer service
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Record events and problems and their resolution in ticketing system
Follow-up and update customer status and information
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team
Must have:
Troubleshooting experience for end user hardware
Troubleshooting experience for Windows and Office, and other Windows applications
Troubleshooting and installation experience for iPhones and Android phone
Nice to have:
IT Help Desk experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office add-ons management
Knowledge on how to troubleshoot audio-video equipment
IP telephony
