IT Graduate Opportunity - two year programme

On this two year programme, we will provide you with a supportive and engaging environment where you can grow your career and gain insight into all our core activities across IT Services including design, development, business and operations. This will be achieved through a programme of practical experience, the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications and choose the direction in which you wish to develop your career.
Our IT Services graduates are part of our hybrid workforce at the University of Exeter, meaning this role is a mixture of remote working and on-campus activity. We will always consider a range of flexible work options for the right candidate.

About you
We are looking for graduates with an enthusiasm to learn about IT Services and how it is implemented in Higher Education environments. You will have an honours degree (ideally 2:1 or above) in something you are passionate about, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be within an IT discipline.
We are looking for individuals with an open-minded, curious, collaborative and creative approach to problem-solving, with Initiative, drive and adaptability to build your desired career. You will also have a love of learning and applying of new perspectives to your work.
