ICT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
BASED AT CAMBOURNE STATION, CAMBRIDGE - travel to sites in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire will be required.
Hours: 37 per week – flexi-time
£50,585 per annum - £58,385 per annum
We are looking for an experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage the provision, delivery, and support of our comprehensive ICT services to both Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Services whilst being responsible for ensuring the services provided meet the agreed service agreements and are aligned with the strategic objectives and the priorities of both Services.
This role is vital for ensuring the security, reliability and availability of ICT services are maintained across both Services through the delivery of an effective operational environment, capable of supporting the complex and critical needs of customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant IT related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical background with significant experience in an IT management role.
- Extensive experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience of exercising effective financial control and budget management
- Successful experience of workload management of multiple project teams for technical schemes.
- Strong experience of working with and developing customer relationships at operational levels within a variety of customer groups including the staff and partners who access corporate systems.
