What you will be doing:
- Proactively generating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities
- Following up on inbound leads generated from our marketing activities
- Working collaboratively with Support Engineers to ensure our solutions fully meet the customer’s present needs and support their future growth requirements
- Building relationships with new and existing clients, gauging their needs, and developing proposals to address these needs
- Managing your assigned customer accounts to help ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clear understanding of a customer’s business needs and how Storm Internet fits in with them
- Present clear and compelling propositions to customers through professional and well-structured business meetings/calls
- Building a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Creating quotes and closing opportunities
- Managing all sales opportunities through Storm Internet’s CRM system and ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Consistently achieving financial targets and providing a first-class service
Skills & Experience
- Outstanding business development with a focus on new business to both SMB and Enterprise target clients
- Strong full life cycle B2B sales experience
- Track record of driving revenue through strategic selling and negotiation techniques, face-to-face presentations, and high-quality proposals.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in the shape of KPIs and a monthly revenue quota.
- Proficient with all facets of MS Office, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous IT / managed hosting sales experience desirable

- A first-class communicator with solid presentation skills and the ability to liaise and build rapport with colleagues and customers at all levels.
- Enjoy dealing with business owners and have a talent for understanding their own agendas and challenges.
- A confident self-starter who works well in a team as well as by self. Able to learn quickly, use your own initiative, and be motivated to get the job done effectively.

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire (Predominantly office-based role)
Hours: 37 per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 basic (pending experience) + £30,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission
