Who Are We Looking For?

We're on the hunt for an experienced IT Project Manager to handle a range of key client projects. As our IT project manager, you'll be the master of coordination, making sure our projects are delivered on time and hit the mark. You'll be the go-to person for everything related to project organisation and keeping things on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring together internal resources and external vendors to flawlessly execute projects.
  • Make sure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet their objectives.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all the important stakeholders and making sure everything's technically feasible.
  • Ensure the right resources are available and properly allocated.
  • Create a detailed project plan to keep track of progress.
  • Use smart techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report to management as needed, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Keep an eye on potential risks and manage them proactively.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Keep thorough project documentation up to date.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of computers, computer systems, software, and networking technology.
  • Excellent education background, preferably in computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector.
  • Solid technical background, with hands-on experience or understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • A knack for impressive client communication, both written and verbal.
  • Superb organisational skills, including attention to detail and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • PMP/PRINCE II certification is a major plus!

Salary: £57,836.63-£61,987.76 per year
