SUMMARY
The IT Deployment Engineering Project Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the deployment of IT infrastructure, network, AV and security systems in new office openings in the EMEA and APAC regions. The Project Coordinator will support the IT Deployment Engineering team by partnering with internal IT engineers and management, key client stakeholders such as Workplace Services and Global Security Operations to identify the scope, schedule and budget of office deployment projects, and assist in communications such as scheduling, updates, risks, and team sign-offs from project initiation through execution and closure. The IT Deployment Engineering Project Coordinator will build trust and relationships with IT Deployment Engineering’s business partners by applying thoughtful and effective communication, and always striving to find ways to improve processes, relieve inefficiencies and assist IT Deployment Engineering in achieving its strategic goals.
The ITDE Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
- attending construction meetings from project initiation through closure, taking meeting notes and communicating progress to the team.
- Identify project scope, schedule, budget and customer requirements
- Updating the project team with new developments, schedule changes, budget approvals/cost code acquisition and security team sign-offs
- Highlight risks to project deliverables regarding schedule and compliance with
- ensuring standards are met and office deployment processes are compliant with all IT Deployment Engineering policy.
- Collaborate with Workplace Services to ensure IT Deployment Engineering’s IT network, AV and security service standards are met
- Collaborate with Global Security Operations to ensure office physical security standards are met and signed off on
- Collaborate with vendors for office design and timely completion of deliverables
- Ensure all procurement/spend is documented and purchased in a timely manner in order to assist IT Deployment Engineering and Workplace Services partners in budget tracking and project management
- ensuring the IT Deployment Engineering project trackers, weekly updates and meeting notes are current and up to date.

- Automating and improving the current new office deployment Epics and Task tracking
- Maintaining confluence pages and internal documents related to new office deployments and the associated processes
EDUCATION/ REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years work experience in project coordination, analysis, or management.
- Experience with Jira and Google workspaces preferred.
SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- Basic knowledge of project management principles, networks, computer skills (G-Suite, MS Office) and spreadsheets.
- Maintaining data matrices and metric organization.
- Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining awareness of and seeking to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.
- Ability to speak clearly and express self well in groups and in one-to-one conversations, and through formal and informal written documents; listens to others.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lenel encouraged, but not required.
