Job description
The IT Department is offering a great opportunity for a dedicated IT Network Manager to lead and improve our Network & Telecommunications Team in order to provide the best systems administration service for the Trust's IM&T infrastructure.
You will be primary based at Peterborough City Hospital but required travel to all Trust's sites as the service requires. We are supportive of agile working and open to flexibility and remote working.
Your role will combine the technical aspect with the managerial one. As a valued member of a highly technical team, you will deliver plans, secure funding, and other resources necessary to provide sufficient performance and capacity for the Trust's Data and Telephony Infrastructure.
You may be an experienced line manager or an individual with aspirations beyond the current team leader or supervisory role you currently hold. This is an opportunity to role model your leadership and motivational skills to manage the performance of the seven staff in your team while aiming to deliver a high-quality service.
Your outstanding technical skills and understanding of CISCO equipment and services will be valuable in providing and managing an excellent technical service for the IT project managers.
