About the Team
The Zoom IT Infrastructure Cloud team manages all of Zoom's corporate cloud applications (email, IAM, SSO, etc.), user life cycle management using automation workflows, as well as the security of user accounts and data.
About the Role
You will lead and manage a team responsible for the architectural development and deployment of Zoom's IT Cloud Infrastructure. This will include troubleshooting issues, integrating a variety of different systems, and creating solutions to improve security and end user experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of System Administrators
Manage and support the integrity and security of company devices and SaaS applications
Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues through the use of ServiceNow Service Desk
Provide support to the IT team to resolve problems with products and applications by meeting customer service standards
Handle escalations from IT support and provide technical support to our local and remote employees
Monitor and maintain software licensing and vendor relationships
About You
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant cloud [SaaS] experience
2+ years of experience hiring, coaching, and leading a team
Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace & Email Systems / Email Flow
Experience using Okta and Okta Workflows
Experience with API calls & Webhooks
Strong familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP
Security knowledge (OAuth, MFA, Security Keys)
Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Related training & certifications (AWS, GCP, Okta, ITIL)
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$111,900.00Maximum:
$249,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
