Primary responsibilities of the IT manager will include, providing technical and managerial leadership in establishing goals and priorities and in the overall management of day to day operations within the hospital. This position is directly involved in design, planning, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of facility infrastructure including telecommunications, desktop and server support, and network cabling and wiring.
The appointee will be reporting to the IT director.

The New Foscote Hospital has been successfully established in Banbury for over 40 years and has provided services and treatments to thousands of people from across the region during this time. We have over 65 consultants, all of whom are leaders in their specialist fields and choose to hold their private practices here, working alongside our friendly, highly qualified and experienced clinical and support teams.
What we need from you:
- Maintenance of the current status quo and future development of facility IT capital & operating
- Liaising with external IT help desk service providers
- Assist in establishing, communicating, monitoring, and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate the assignment of resources to projects, operations, & incidents
- Consult with technical leaders during technical goal setting, prioritization, planning and design for facility technical environment
- Responsible for technical support – maintenance and troubleshooting of facility infrastructure
- Coordinate on-site management of facility hardware & software
- Assist in managing compliance issues & projects
- You will manage information security aspects for the facility

Knowledge & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a healthcare related field is preferred
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT environment with direct supervision or team leadership

Salary: £49,421.00-£51,845.00 per year
