TempExperts is Hiring for an Information Technology Manager to join a precision machine shop with a 40-year history that is looking for an experienced IT Manager that will manage Company IT and computer systems, monitor hardware and network infrastructure, and coordinate and upgrade software systems.

This individual will also be responsible for auditing our IT systems and ensuring robust cyber security systems are in place and maintained.

Our facility has extensive experience in machining complex components and assemblies out of aluminum, stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium. Our ability to machine parts to ultra-tight tolerances sets us apart from the rest of the industry. Our customers range across the most heavily regulated industries – Aerospace, Defense, and medical device. This individual will have a strong Information Technology background and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.

• This position will report to the Company CTO.
• This position will not have direct reports.

Education, Experience, Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar.
• 6+ years of Information Technology Management experience.
• Direct experience with network architecture, administration, security, and hardware.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Epicor ERP experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in the latest technology for IT systems and management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical andvvvv management skills.
• Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company's goals.
