About the Team:
You will be part of the world-class IT Team whose mission is to build and operate the infrastructure and services that host the Ivalua solution for our clients as well as provide our employees with all the required IT resources to conduct their job. Our team is very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem solving while also having the ability to think of the implementation holistically and provide solutions that solve the customer's long-term challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will be in charge of U.S. & Canada IT infrastructure and strongly involved in several other regions world wide (Asia, Middle-east, …) managing a small but growing team of IT professionals.
- This position will be responsible for maintaining and extending the IT Cloud hosting infrastructure both in our Datacenter (co-location) and also based on Microsoft Azure Cloud for both internal needs and client hosting needs.
- Design, plan, implement and maintain corporate IT and infrastructure security solutions within the framework of federal cloud policy, regulations, and implementations (e.g. FedRAMP, NIST800, PCI, ITAR, etc.).
- Able to produce high-quality technical documentation.
Skills needed to succeed:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very strong, hand-on and broad IT Skills.
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- Network: Routing, Switching, Firewalls, IPSec VPN, Juniper, PaloAlto and Azure
- Mails: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
- Web application hosting: Microsoft .Net, SQLServer, ElasticSearch, Reverse Proxies
- Physical infrastructure: Datacenter Co-location, DELL Hardware,
- Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS.
- Should have IT experience in large / small firms for 6+ years.
- Should be comfortable with both Individual contributor role and team management.
- Result oriented, problem solving attitude & ability to connect with employees.
- Curious and always ready to learn new technologies
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field or foreign equivalent

The compensation range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Title: Senior IT Manager
Base Range minimum: $119,000
Base Range maximum: $221,000
Additional compensation / rewards: Ivalua offers an annual target bonus for this position conditional on individual and company performance. Other compensation factors may also be considered. Ivalua also offers exceptional benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement (with company match), and much more.
