Assistant IT Manager
Burgess Hill, West Sussex
£30,000 per annum (Dependant on experience)
Monday - Friday
09.00am - 17.00pm (1hr paid lunchbreak)
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the IT systems, including all hardware, software, infrastructure, and telecommunications systems ensuring high availability and stability
- Ensuring all IT systems are kept up to date and running smoothly
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement necessary changes
- Providing first level helpdesk support to users
- Managing company CRM system (Zoho)
- Maintaining and improving cyber security
Job Requirements
- Strong IT background/experience with a keen interest in developing IT skills further
- Experience with routers, servers, and network technology
- Familiarity with all areas of IT – hardware/software/cyber security
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train others on technology solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
