Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Manager with expertise in Google Workspace administration and networking experience to join our team of 40 professionals. This individual will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our office technology, and providing technical support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Google Workspace, including user administration, security, and third-party app integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage office hardware inventory, coordinate with vendors, and provide IT training to staff.
  • Assist in planning and executing IT projects aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a small to medium-sized office.
  • Expertise in Google Workspace administration and networking experience.
  • Familiarity with network hardware and IT security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as Google Workspace Administrator or CCNA, are considered an asset.
