Join our team as a IT Supervisor at our Corporate Office in Sioux Falls, SD!
We are looking for someone who has first-hand experience supervising different layers of an IT Department, and has a breadth of experience across infrastructure, internal tooling, platforms, and cloud computing.
- Candidate must be excellent at understanding and solving complex and ambiguous problems and constantly seek improvement.
- Will be responsible for hiring and growing a team of IT Professionals.
- The team charter includes monitoring and handling our users’ requests, troubleshooting, solving issues, automating support needs, developing support documentation, developing and maintaining support tools and infrastructure, and continuously seeking ways to improve our support experience.
- Must be an exceptional people manager who fosters a healthy culture of execution, inclusion, and learning.

Qualifications Required
- Education - B.S. Computer Engineering, or equivalent 4-year degree, with strong fundamentals and problem-solving skills (such as operating systems). Minimum 4 year of experience in absence of a college degree required.
Work Experience and Skills - Minimum two (2)+ years of experience in IT or related industry.
- Experience in developing and managing a high-performance IT team.
- Experience with task prioritization and delegation.
- Experience leading diverse teams, including the use of 3rd party resources.
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Experience with leading remote resources.
Technical Knowledge and Skills
- Experience with VMware vSphere.
- Experience with CISCO Meraki.
- Experience with Ruckus Access Points.
- Strategic and forward-thinking technology leader with experience in technology strategy.
- Flexible and responsive; able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Experience with RS6000/IBM is preferred.
- Linux operating system - Ubuntu, or RedHat.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows & Server Operating Systems.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Experience with Microsoft O365.
- Understanding of proper networking principals and network security best practices.
- Experience with Nas solutions.
- Experience with Veeam.
- Experience with EDI activities.
