About the role:
We are looking for an experienced person to be the go to support person for our creative teams.
You will ideally have MacOS support experience within a creative environment such as Post production or Graphic Design.
Having worked in a creative business compliant to TPN or other such industry security framework is a distinct advantage.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day support for the Creative teams within the business,
- Advise on upgrades, changes and areas that need investment.
- Helping with 3rd line projects when needed
Required:
- Mac: troubleshooting and configuration
- Previous IT Support experience: 5 years
Desirable:
- Expert knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting macOS, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software such as Cinema 4d and 3DS Max.
- Adobe Creative (Photoshop, AE, etc) and basic troubleshooting of the software and plugins like Redgiant, Cinema4d etc
- MDM Software like Jamf, Kandji etc
- Knowledge of Apple Mac/MacBook Pro’s, Colour critical displays, Wacom tablets and other related specialist hardware.
- Touch with 3rd line projects
