In this role you will maintain and support hardware and software packages across users in the business, providing problem diagnosis and resolution. The key focus of this position is to provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users. Location – NG11 Duration - Ongoing Salary - £22k equivalent (hourly basis) Hours – 8am – 4pm OR 10am – 6pm (Mon to F Provide 2nd line support of MS Office package Resolve incoming user IT queries remotely via email, phone calls and in person Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure incidents are resolved in OLAs Update and maintain system information Build new and reallocated laptops, desktops, and Android/Apple mobile phones About you Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft packages Interest in IT & Technology Ability to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently Working well under time constraints If this role sounds like something you’d love to be a part of – Apply now!
