The IT Service Desk, who users any issues regarding their IT equipment. They provide first contact support and working with them provides great customer service and IT support Experience
Portfolio Management team (IT Projects), who are the team that are consistently running the projects that bring the IT department and the business into the future. You’ll be given the opportunity to lead projects for us with former graduates leading projects such as SAP Patching and the development of Customer Portal.
WPC (Workplace Computing) who are the team who build and distribute the computing hardware throughout the entire business as well as provide 2nd line support for the more complex issues that the ServiceDesk are unable to resolve.
VDN (Voice and Data Networks) who are the team who provide the telephony and network systems throughout the business as well as resolve any raised issues regarding internet or desk phone problems.

Whilst you’re learning on the job, you’ll attend our Graduate core Skills Development Programme designed to expand your business knowledge, strengthen core skills and offer networking opportunities with other graduates and key stakeholders across the Tarmac business in order to successfully transition into your destination role.

Expected/Obtained IT or STEM related degree discipline
Enthusiastic about customer service
A keen problem solver
Organised approach to managing projects
Keen to keep learning and prepared to take onboard extra certifications and training.
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Able to work on multiple projects concurrently
