Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer sites to deliver high-quality support on IT hardware and software products, ensuring compliance with required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Efficiently and proactively provide IT support services to a diverse portfolio of customers.
- Utilize your strong technical and customer service skills to address customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Become a trusted adviser to customers, offering expertise across various technical areas.
Key Skills / Experience:
- Experience supporting a range of PC, laptop, and printer technologies within a site or field environment.
- Dedication to delivering the highest quality service to customers.
- Enthusiasm for training in new technologies and services.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to undergo Security Clearance, as you may occasionally work alongside colleagues in the UK Public Sector.
