Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Slough / Croydon

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer sites to deliver high-quality support on IT hardware and software products, ensuring compliance with required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Efficiently and proactively provide IT support services to a diverse portfolio of customers.
• Utilize your strong technical and customer service skills to address customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Become a trusted adviser to customers, offering expertise across various technical areas.

Key Skills / Experience:

• Experience supporting a range of PC, laptop, and printer technologies within a site or field environment.
• Dedication to delivering the highest quality service to customers.
• Enthusiasm for training in new technologies and services.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Possession of a full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to undergo Security Clearance, as you may occasionally work alongside colleagues in the UK Public Sector.
