Resident Hotels Management Group are now recruiting a IT Field Engineer to join our friendly IT Team. With three successful hotel brands throughout the UK and an overgrowing team, there has never been a more exciting time to join us. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible to provide support to the teams as well as conduct site visits to the managed hotels within the UK.

Working in collaboration with the IT Manager and IT Support Engineers, the successful candidate, will contribute to delivering the IT strategy and goals for all brands in the group (The Resident, Sleeperz, Cityroomz), as an active member of the IT team to ensure the hotels and the management company are supported.

Must have experience in similar role, preferably within Hotels industry. The role could be ideal for career progression for someone with extensive IT experience in single property to move into a multi-property and multi-brand role

As IT Field Engineer, you will play a key and active role in supporting all teams, contribute and support the IT strategy as set by the HOD and company.

You will have a passion for conducting effective support and site visits for the sites across all brands.

Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Active Directory experience & support
  • Experience of networking using DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
  • LAN/WAN experience
  • Experience working with iOS/Android tablets and phones
  • O365 experience

The role is home based, or in our HQ (London), but requires periodic travel to all sites nationwide.
