Duties:
Provision of technical support to over 100 end users, both face to face and remotely, to KPIs.
First point of contact for both hardware and software support, troubleshoot and resolve issues at 1st, 2nd and 3rd line (where possible).
Monitoring and maintaining helpdesk system, ensuring all calls are resolved within SLA constraints.
Configure and install new workstations, laptops and devices.
Provide IT inductions for new starters.
Support IT Manager in project tasks.
Experience:
Must have a good level of providing 1st and 2nd line IT support in a similar role.
Must have a good knowledge of Desktop, Server and Network hardware and software including Microsoft 365 suite, iOS/Android smart phones, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and SCCM plus back up and anti-virus systems.
Must have a minimum Diploma Level education and entry level Microsoft certification.
Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Salary: £32 - 36,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
