Position - IT Director (also known as CIO, Head of IT, IS Director, CTO)
Location – Central London – Holborn, offering the flexibility of up to 3 days work from home
Reward – Circa 120K Base Salary (Circa 170K incl. Bonus/Package)
What you bring to the table:
Proven experience in directing an IT Function within a Corporate or Professional Services Organization- Expertise in managing and controlling an IT Budget
- Mastery in evaluating and implementing IT Systems
- Emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills to thrive in a demanding partner environment
- Diligence in Compliance Management, covering Information Security, Contractual, and Legal Requirements
- Commercial acumen with the ability to create innovative solutions
- A charismatic leadership style that inspires and motivates
- Proficiency in Project/Programme Management
Your Realm of Influence:
Guide the department, establishing and maintaining the budget- Develop and implement the IT strategy, advising the executive team
- Act as the board’s trusted advisor on all IT-related issues
- Contribute to the board's general matters, projects, and strategies
- Oversee all technological infrastructure, related teams and third parties
- Analyse business requirements across departments and craft appropriate solutions
