JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Serve as the Department of Ecosystem Science and Management’s local IT/Computer Support specialist with duties that include:
- order and set up new IT, computing, and printing equipment for ESM faculty, staff, and students as well as for common use classrooms;
- maintain the department’s IT, computing, and printing equipment;
- manage software needs and updates for faculty, staff, and students as well as for common use classrooms;
- manage computer privileges for faculty, staff, and students;
- serve as the department’s liaison to the College of Agricultural Sciences’ IT/computing group to ensure consistency with College standards.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
