18 months fixed term contract
Hybrid – 3 days/week in Harlow, 2 days Work From Home
The pay band for this role is £45,864 - £51,831 per year + 25 days paid holiday per year + 10% Pension.
Job summary
The IT Change Analyst will work with clinical and operational services to develop the processes and system design for an agreed Cerner Millennium module (the EHR system the NHS Trust is using) in-line with the Trust's Transformation agenda, leading to a successful implementation of the joint EHR deployment of a single instance of Cerner.
· To be IT Change Analyst for a designated Cerner module. To provide specialist support in understanding local clinical and operational workflows and requirements, translating that to accurate As Is/To Be workflows
· Responsible for completing Cerner design documentation e.g. Data Collection Workbooks (DCWs) to a high degree of accuracy
· To analyse complex workflows and data, document and propose solutions for care pathways in collaboration with the end users (clinical and non-clinical) and to prepare functional specifications including As-Is and To-Be pathways.
- To positively contribute to the EHR Programme management team.
- To encourage a positive and collaborative culture within the EHR Programme team that aligns with the values of the Trust(s).
Requirements
To bring IT Change Analyst (or IT Business Analysis) experience with you.
Any exposure to working with EHR is a nice to have but not a pre-requisite for this role
