ABOUT US.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Major Projects team based flexibly out of our offices in Leatherhead.
Reporting into the IT Programme Manager, you will work across projects and programmes to identify business problems and opportunities; analysing, documenting, and validating requirements to then define and implement suitable IT and business solutions for the wider Wates Group.
ABOUT YOU.
We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst with experience of undertaking a full end-to-end role on multiple or complex projects/programmes. You will have a strong understanding of business analysis techniques and delivering methodologies such as Waterfall.
To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative and effective communicator with the ability to interact with stakeholders of all levels as well as the skills to breakdown complex problems and manage projects through to successful completion.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Key Accountabilities will include:
Plan and manage the analysis tasks throughout a project using a range of best practice analysis tools to elicit, document, analyse and validate functional and non-functional requirements- Manage requirements throughout the end-to-end lifecycle, ensuring that there is traceability at all stages
- Work closely with internal IT teams and external 3rd party suppliers to design, test and implement suitable solutions
- Support detailed test planning and execution activities
