The role: Business Analyst
Location: Birmingham/ Hybrid – 3 days in our incredible office in the city centre and 2 days from home
Reports To: Project Portfolio Manager
You will be responsible for mapping and improving a variety of processes across the business in support of the IT Strategy.
· Assist in improving current ways of working and ensuring both departmental and business objectives are met
· Take responsibility, alongside the Project Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Manager, to identify, quantify, plan and control business analysis activity across a diverse range of business change projects.
· Overall accountability for requirements identification, definition and fulfillment
· Overall accountability for integrating technical solutions into business process
· Responsible for requirements gathering and the mapping of these requirements into key business systems
· To identify, define, analyse and model requirements, then manage these throughout the project lifecycle
· To develop detailed procedures and processes to support key initiatives
· To analyse inefficiencies and gaps in processes and systems and identify where improvements can be made
· To own and direct specific deliverables within business analysis workstreams

What we need from you:
· Ability to work across a diverse range of projects with varying levels of complexity
· Working within both Waterfall & Agile frameworks
· Working cross-functionally at a senior level, across a diverse audience and range of stakeholders
· Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and present complex scenarios in easy-to-understand detail
· Passionate, Engaging and a team player!

Salary: Up to £65,000.00 per year
