IT Analyst
Eurocentral
Up to £30,000 Depending on experience.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, weekend remote support rota (1 in 4) paid at overtime.

Our information technology department based at our head office in Eurocentral is busier than ever. Therefore, we are looking for an Analyst to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This IT support role is required as we expand our IT dept to ensure a professional IT Support service is provided to the organisation.
You will be expected to provide IT support across all software and hardware incidents and service requests that are logged in the company’s service desk. Support can be addressed in person, via remote support, Phone or Email. There will be project support tasks as required.
What you will do:
- Provide 1st line support & 2nd level investigative support of all incidents and service requests of all PV systems/services, using the organisations service desk.
- IT support via remote control, telephone support and at desk Mon-Fri and on a rotating critical cover weekend shift pattern (1 in 4).
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers.
- Logging of incidents and requests that arise on behalf of staff as required.
- Support remote offices with equivalent services.
- Managing individual ticket queue within the service desk solution.
- End to end ownership of all IT tickets including being responsible for all communication and the technical resolution.
- Responding in a timely manner to all issues and requests
- Working together as a team, assisting colleagues.
- Follow the escalation process to ensure a consistent and professional IT support service is offered.
- Manage all end user administration such as onboarding, offboarding etc.
- Configuration and asset management.
- Management/support workstations, mobiles, and tablets.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Management of user administration.
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Audio Visual support.
What you will need:
- Experience with troubleshooting/problem solving IT support issues.
- Knowledge of building Laptops/Desktops and troubleshooting support issues.
- Network experience LAN/WAN/Wifi
- Supporting Windows 7/10/Server
- Active Directory / DHCP / DNS/ Group Policy
- Office 365 administration and experience including SharePoint & Teams
- Knowledge of remote working solutions and VPN's.
- Knowledge of audio-visual equipment
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Consistent provision of a responsive, effective, and personable service.
- Work in accordance with ITIL processes and procedures.
- Use initiative with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Identify business impacting incidents and escalate according to the escalation process.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a confident telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and in all written communication.
- Tactful and diplomatic when dealing with pressurised situations.
- Able to manage own tasks across various areas and prioritise appropriately according to SLA to meet business deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively alone and within your team/group or project, under the appropriate supervision.
- Maintain good working relationships with all members of IT.
- Professional appearance and attitude always.
- Flexible approach to role
- Highly motivated, willing to continually update knowledge and skill set.
- Ability to liaise and communicate with all levels within IT and across the business.
