About the Role
My Support Service (MSS) provides the administrative support for day-to-day transactional activities of St John, including Finance, People, Property, Fleet, etc. St John requires Administrators who can support all of our St John people – our employees, volunteers and their line managers, as well as suppliers. Providing first point assistance across a range of topics, My Support Service provides critical support to the organisation. Customer-focussed, passionate about service delivery and keen to support across the wide range of topics, this team keep the organisation running.
Whether contacted by phone, email, web-form or any other media, effectively resolving as many enquiries at the first point of contact is key for My Support Service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about delivering quality service and will have previously worked in a fast paced, customer orientated environment. You will have an eye for detail and have excellent communication skills.
