About the Trust
NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is the local NHS organisation that plans and oversees how NHS money is spent and makes sure health services work well and are of high quality.
The ICB’s role is to join up health and care services, improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities.
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Working closely with the Access & RA Manager and Access Management Technician.
· Will be a key member of the team to maintain and implement new processes connected with the Registration Authority to users, which include GP Practices. Ensure practices and other Providers comply with RA legislation including adhering to information governance requirements.
· carry out Registration Authority Duties including, but not limited to, the creation of a National Digital Identity, Smartcard maintenance (unlocking, renewing and repairing), processing access requests and leaver’s requests
The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· Immediate to Advanced Microsoft Office 365/2019 (Word/Excel).
· Organised and proactive approach to their work.
· Previous experience ins a similar role.
