Morr & Co LLP are looking for an IT Administrator to join a friendly, professional and busyteam. A diverse role that will give you exposure to the wider practice and enable you to utilise your skill set and continue to learn and progress.
***This role will be based at the Redhill Head Office, however, travel to other sites will be essential to provide desk side support***
Duties: 1st Line Support
- Ensure the smooth running of IT systems through a ticketing system.
- Providing initial triage of any IT concerns such as hardware/software issues, user password resets, User account queries and system outages.
- To provide desk side based technical support at Induction with the ability to train on internal software and systems including CRM based PMS software.
- To support staff in the appropriate use of IT, through advice and desktop/classroom training.
- Desktop and application support, including helping to set up and maintain laptops and peripherals, photocopiers and VOIP equipment.
- Supporting and managing O365 and associated software and applications.
- To support with Audio Visual and AV equipment.
- Support the wider team when necessary.
The suitable candidate:
- Will have a minimum of GCSE English and Maths at A-C or equivalent.
- Will have an IT Administration and/or technical background.
- Be extremely organised and have excellent attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and keen to offer support to the team and be relied on.
- Your verbal and written communication will be clear, straightforward, and accurate.
- You will have the ability to use your own initiative and demonstrate excellent team working skills.
- You will be adaptable, logical and work well under pressure.
- A knowledge of Peppermint CRM would be advantageous but not essential.
