Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our busy office team as a Sales Support Administrator with the opportunity to progress within the company.
Duties are to include, Answering the telephone to customers and dealing with couriers and queries. Customer price lists, order confirmation reports, tracking. Raising returns numbers and arranging collections. Creating product lists for customers to promote new products plus other standard administrative duties that support the efficiency of the Sales Team.
Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred and additional training of our systems will be given although the candidate should have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate must have the following attributes;

- Excellent Organisation Skills & Time Management
- Identify peak periods & adapt accordingly
- Work well under pressure
- Be able to work well as part of a team but also on own initiative
Working hours are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday, with 23 days holiday (plus statutory days), the applicant would also benefit from enrolment into a company pension scheme
