Location: Inverurie Road Clinic, 106 Inverurie Road, Bucksburn, Aberdeen, AB21 9AT
Hours: 22.0 hours per week, Monday – Thursday - 13:00 – 17:30, Friday 13.00 - 17.00.
Band: 2 (£19,609 - £21,615 pro rata per annum)
Contract: Permanent
A vacancy has arisen within Inverurie Road Clinic as the afternoon Receptionist/Call Handler who will support the CTAC Service.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people whilst in a very busy office environment. The successful candidate will be a confident team player who is able to work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to prioritise their daily workload to meet service demands. In addition, applicants will have good organisational and keyboard skills and be confident in their use of IT systems.
