Band 5 Radiographer
Post: 37.5 hours per week with a requirement to take part in the out-of-hours rota.
Location - Radiology Department, Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Diagnostic Radiographer to join our multi-disciplinary team at Woodend Hospital. The Hospital has an extremely busy elective orthopaedic service as well as care of the elderly and rehabilitation beds. The successful candidates will work the majority of the time within this environment but will also take part in rotas covering the Aberdeen Health Village, Kincardine Community Hospital and community satellite hospitals when required. The radiology department has a combination of DR and CR equipment using PACS/RIS technology. You will perform all general radiographic examinations including theatre and fluoroscopy. The Radiology Department supports and encourages CPD, audit and research.
