THREE EAGLES LTD is a dynamic and growing family-run construction business based in London. Our expertise lies in managing logistics across multiple construction sites throughout the city. With a focus on carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, and demolition, we deliver high-quality construction services tailored to our client's needs.
In addition to our core construction activities, we have recently expanded our operations to include event setup services in central London. In light of this expansion, we are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our management team as an Invoicing Clerk. Our invoicing clerk will be responsible for creating invoices based on specific jobs undertaken, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and collaborating closely with site managers to gather necessary information for invoicing.
Additionally, the Invoicing Clerk will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities by promptly investigating and resolving any billing disputes or queries that may arise.
We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of financial processes, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a vital part of our team, ensuring that our invoicing procedures are conducted efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of supplier/customer agreements or contracts
- Contribute to weekly/monthly Management Information (MI) reports, providing valuable insights that help drive informed decision-making.
- Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing
- Will ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed
- Perform periodic credit checks with existing and new accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.
- Continuously innovate and improve accounts receivable and billing processes.

Salary: £22,466.00-£24,428.00 per year
