We are looking for a career-minded RFP Writer with a global perspective to join our Business Development Services (BDS) team. We are looking for an RFP Writer at an Associate level who will be responsible for the project management and completions of fixed income RFPs, RFIs and DDQs; collaborating with investment teams, sales and various stakeholders throughout the business to manage their execution.

What will you be doing?
You will have the following responsibilities:
Complete and project manage RFPs/RFIs/DDQs utilising best practice
Specialise in Fixed Income
Partner and collaborate with investment teams, sales and various stakeholders through the business to manage the request
Maintain the strategy section of RFP database (Qvidian), as assigned, to ensure all information is refreshed regularly
Contribute towards on-going efficiency and quality improvement
Perform related duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:
RFP writing experience within the asset management industry preferably in Fixed Income
Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with sales, investment professionals and SMEs
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and simultaneously, effectively project manage and deliver outstanding work products under tight deadlines
Skills that will help you in the role:
Fixed Income knowledge
IMC qualification preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Where will you be working?
You will be working in our office in Canary Wharf in London. You will work at a fast-paced collaborative team environment.
