Role Purpose
You will deliver a range of courses that have been specifically tailored and developed for professionals within banks, other financial institutions, regulators and multilateral organisations. Audiences vary from early career to experienced executives. Courses are delivered to in-house clients as well as those open to the public in various locations.
Role Responsibilities
- You must be confident presenting complex topics, willing and eager to learn with a desire to develop both your classroom skills and further your knowledge of the subject matter you will be delivering.
- To assist in the development and updating of training material for delivery in both physical and virtual classrooms
- To support the business development process as the subject matter expert
Role Requirements Essential:
- A sound understanding of accounting, analysis, business valuation approaches and capital structuring as well as experience in building integrated forecast models
- Effective communicator with a passion for education
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- A passion for quality teaching and ability to calmly and coherently explain complicated concepts in an entertaining and engaging way
- At ease working to a planned programme as well as being flexible in your approach
- Strong levels of professionalism appropriate to our industry
- A desire to innovate
You do not need to be an established trainer – we will train you to become one.
