What is the opportunity?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly motivated Industrial and Business services team in an established global top 10 investment bank. You will further develop your understanding of the Industrial and Business services sector while helping to advise clients on acquisitions, divestitures, and raising capital.
What will you do?
- Gather public information through numerous sources
- Create financial model analyses
- Analyse company performance on an absolute and relative basis
- Assist in preparation of marketing pitch books and related materials
- Assist in execution of mandated deals
- Prepare marketing documents for clients
What do you need to succeed?
- Previous M&A advisory experience (Investment Banking / Large consultancy)
- Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used.
