Banking & Finance Solicitor 1+ PQE - Leeds

The Banking & Finance team have substantial experience in banking and debt finance transactions across a broad range of sectors. They regularly advise banks, funders, borrowers on real estate finance (both investment and development), leveraged finance and corporate banking transactions. Clients of the team include all major banks as well as some high profile real estate development businesses and corporates.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with Partners, dealing with longstanding clients and complex and interesting transactions. The role will involve some independent working, with support from Partners where required. There is also the opportunity to work as part of a team for larger projects. Candidate requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1+ PQE
- Experience in Banking & Finance
- Confident dealing with complex matters
- A clear enthusiasm for this area of law
- The ability and confidence to hit the ground running
