DHL Supply Chain is proud to announce a brand new state of the art omnichannel! This is a half a million sq. foot building, that is built to the highest sustainability specification. With solar power generation, EV charge points plus many other sustainable green features.
We launch the facility with one of the largest global omnichannel customers that will grow two fold over the next decade. In order to deliver the high throughput we are employing the latest automation technologies and will be seeking dynamic and engaging leaders to lead this fast paced operation!

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Lead and manage activities and resource in relation to product inventory and integrity.
- lead, plan and report upon the work activities of the stock team executing against customer requirements and operational performance"
- Liaise with operational and Admin team to ensure operational service levels are met and exceeded through the achievement of key KPIs
- Ensure quality, consistency and compliance across the site in line with customer requirements.
- Lead the governance of the Blueyonder system stock profile ensuring full inventory accuracy throughout
- Work closely with site operational managers to develop inventory strategy and working practices.

- Previous experience of working within a warehousing environment, preferably within a food distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Experience of working in a bonded warehouse environment is advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience of managing and leading teams
- Demonstrable record of delivering against targets
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Project management & problem solving
