Job description
We are the leading distributor of Sign & Display Materials, Industrial & Engineering Plastics, incorporating our Europoint, Amari, and AI Plastics divisions.
Our Goal to Be the Best distributor in the markets we serve adding value and building longterm relationships by supplying excellent operational and sales customer service.
In this exciting new role you will be responsible for scheduling and planning materials, in line with MRP system requirements. The role will monitor and track top running items to allow forecasting ensuring system models are maintained using business intelligence and forecast information gathered from MS AX and other sources i.e. customer and supplier data. You will be the liaison between Customers, Sales & Warehouse. Responsible for satisfying all relevant queries to completion.
The Responsibilities
Master Planning
Inventory Control
Raise Purchase Orders
Resolving inventory/sales queries from internal & external customers
Ensure that the actual stock levels is correctly reflected in MS AX in the correct locations
Transfer Orders from/to other branches,
Take ownership of internal warehouse activities, monitoring open Transfer orders, negative stocks & ageing deliveries
Raise & Process NCR’s to completion
Raise Credit Notes
Identify and implement process improvements that improve accuracy of the stock recording in SAP
Effective communication and coordination with the inventory owners: multiple business stakeholders across the organisation.
Ensure readiness of external /internal audits

Experience with Microsoft AX

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
