Job description
- Review all proposed introducers, including retailers, brokers and lenders against V12 Approval Policies, making final decisions on outcome within agreed SLAs.
- Review all live introducers 6 months post onboarding (early oversight) in accordance with V12 retailer intermediary policy to ensure compliance with both V12 requirements and regulatory guidance.
- Review and approve financial promotions of introducers at approval and early oversight stages.
- Act as first point of contact and subject matter expert for both introducers & the wider Sales Team for all approval and early oversight queries.
- Conduct broker training on V12 retailer approval and onboarding to ensure successful broker relationships.
- Monitor broker conduct and adherence to agreed approval and onboarding criteria and procedures.
- Recognise any emerging risks and take action to ensure appropriate recording and management awareness
- Develop strong cross functional internal relationships across the business to ensure that we exceed the needs of our introducers
- Identify opportunities to improve our operational processes and departmental efficiencies
- Provide secondary project support for key sales developments including new product, sector & introducer launches.
- Any other reasonable request as directed by management
- Experience of the POS Finance industry
- Exposure to FCA requirements for credit broking activities
- Experience in a B2B support role
- Experience of Relationship/Account Management
- Detailed knowledge of the regulatory requirements & compliance impacting consumer credit in POS Finance e.g. Money Laundering, FCA, AML, CCD
