This internship is with our Learning and Development team, that has a real people centric focus and supports the whole business in bolstering capability from our early career's talent through to our executive teams. You will gain a vast insight into a busy operation and really play a key role in assisting the team to deliver on RSA's people propostion.


Role Requirements


You will gain vast insight into our culture and our business and align that insight with your career ambitions. Successful completion of the summer internship could lead to you being offered a place on our Bright Futures graduate programme after Graduation.

Responsibilities

We will support and encourage you to:

  • Assist the team with the schedule of learning interventions and workshops
  • Support our leadership capability activities
  • Be involved in our talent management agenda
  • Assist the Early Careers team with plans and projects for the next Graduate and Apprentice intake
  • Prepare management information and learning reports

The Individual

We want your individualism, capability, and ambition to shine through. You will need to have a zest for learning and a willingness to be hands on in the role.

You will need to be a Graduate in your penultimate year of study.
