Responsibilities
- Directly contribute to the company’s long-term goals and have a measurable impact on DataGuard’s growth and success
- As an intern in the CEO Office with a focus on internal and external communications, you will partner up with our Chief of Staff (former private equity and Harvard) whilst working closely with our Co-Founders (former Goldman Sachs, Harvard and serial entrepreneur) and Marketing team
- You are liaison and organiser in regard to internal speaking engagements of the Founders
- You build our brand awareness by taking ownership of our social media strategy from end-to-end, helping define direction, a content plan, social tone of voice and actual content production
- You will work closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation to strengthen our employer branding via the website, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels – all from a CEO-Office perspective
- You will learn to manage diverse teams and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- You drive the development of new content ideas, marketing materials and strategic directions together with the content team

Profile
- Top-tier university degree in a business, technology, marketing or communications related field of study (or equivalent)
- Prior experience in communications, social-media management, employer branding and or public relations or (strategy) consulting a plus
- Early work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Native or professional English proficiency; German a plus.
- A professional communicator, both inside and outside the organisation, able to strike the delicate balance between professional but courageous
- Professional-level PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- You are a creative mind who loves the challenge of a dynamic and fast-paced scale-up environment
- You genuinely care about protecting the people behind the data
- Available for at least 4 months
