We are currently recruiting for an International Property Manager to join the cardfactory team on a Fixed Term Contract, this role will involve working across both our Business Development team and Property Team.
Our International Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our business partnerships property offer. This role will involve project managing the new partner on-boarding process and working with suppliers to create, develop and document new fixtures requirements for our partners projects. This role will be the key partner liaison for all property queries and also be the key point of contact for the business development team on all property questions and work cross functionally within the property team.
Main Responsibilities- Responsible for the creation of drawing packs development of equipment for new business partners.
- Attend meetings with business partners to assess what the requirements will be to implement fitout and the cardfactory brand.
- Responsible for producing fixture proposals for the new retail partnership team with associated costs and lead times.
- Responsible for managing multi-site rollout projects within the UK and overseas where travel will be a part of the role.
- Responsible for the review and approval of Contractor Health & Safety to ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Responsible for all associated documentation in relation to fit out specification.
- Participate in pre-start meetings with the wider Property Team and external contractors, giving clear guidance on works required and sign off practical completion.
- Work closely with the various members of the partnership team when dealing with potential new partners.
- Produce reports on project costs and programs.
- Demonstrable experience within a construction management role
- Demonstrable experience of working within a property function for a global organisation or for a global shop fit supplier
- Diploma or HNC in construction / project management (desirable)
- Demonstrable design, construction and property knowledge
- Demonstrable leadership capability both in a people management and supplier management capacity
- Demonstrable self-leadership capability in relation to legislation and compliance
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and influence and challenge external and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrable decision-making capability within a fast-paced environment
