Pulse is currently looking for International NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) Senior Staff Nurses for one of the UKs busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts. Who provide a full range of hospital and community services for people in South London and as well as specialist care for patients from further afield including cancer, renal, Orthopaedic, respiratory, and cardiovascular services.

What we can offer you:
- Salary Band 5 pay scale from £33,706 gross per annum (Pre OSCE salary: £23,949).
- Higher Cost of Living Allowance for London considered
- Mixed shift pattern days, nights and weekends, 37.5h per week, 3 x 12.5h shifts,

What will be required from you:
Our specialist staff and services mean we care for children and young people with varying complex conditions, providing specialist services including ECMO (Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation)
- You will work independently/autonomously and at times without direct supervision, accountable for their own professional actions.
- You will independently manage a group of patients within the specialty whilst working as part of the multidisciplinary team, delivering individualised and personalised direct patient care
- You will be responsible for assessment of care needs of patients
- You will be planning programmes of care and will be responsible for implementation and evaluation of these programmes without direct supervision.
- At times you will have management responsibility for being in-charge of the ward and supervising junior members of staff.
- You will manage the clinical workload effectively, ensuring care is prioritised appropriately
- You will promote a safe environment and high standards of care
- You will educate patients and carers in specialist area and give advice to discharged patients.
