This role is to be based in our London Office.

At Leapwork we have a successful, fast-growing finance team which thrives in supporting cross functional teams and stakeholders in running a first-class tech business. The learning curve has been steep and we are now on our way to building a finance organisation with employees specialising in their fields to excellency.
You will take ownership of our UK and US accounting supporting the Financial Controlling Team meeting deadlines from internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- You will drive the process of running the accounting for our UK and US entities from our office in London and you will report directly to the Head of Financial Controlling based in Copenhagen. You will have the overall responsibility and you must:
- Manage daily accounting tasks, reconciliation, and month close.
- Preparation for year-ends
- Handle and oversee VAT and Sales Tax reporting.
- Prepare and run payroll in collaboration with our external payroll providers, making sure that all salary related payments are done and on time.
- Establish scalable processes around new and already established systems in use.
- Ensure that our financial data is correct, compliant, on time and meeting deadlines.
- Deliver relevant data to stakeholders within the company.
- Prepare financial analysis with relevant KPI SaaS metrics.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting in the UK and US.
- US GAAP knowledge and familiarity with sales tax is a must.
- IFRS knowledge preferable.
- Ideally you have experience from a Tech company and experience within SaaS metrics.
- You are motivated by working across teams and different areas.
- Hands-on, analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- You take initiative and thrive to drive processes.
- You are always willing to challenge the way we are doing things so we can do even better going forward.
- You like sharing your knowledge, and you are sharp and precise in your communication.
- You are enthusiastic about learning new programs and applications.
- Netsuite knowledge is highly preferred.
