The International Network are looking to recruit an International Education Executive, Western Europe to provide support for the Senior Regional Manager/International Education Manager prospect new schools, both for products and qualifications, and develop and enhance relationships with our existing customers, including bookstores and distributors.
About the role
To support the Senior Regional Manager and International Education Manager to achieve business strategy for the Western Europe markets (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Switzerland).
- To support this strategy, to grow the market in the schools, both for products and qualifications, in accordance with corporate guidance/protocols.
- To support the Senior Regional Manager maintain strong relationships with schools, with the distribution network of products and other key stakeholders, with the aim of supporting the continued growth of Cambridge in their location.
- To be responsible for maintaining current details of schools and other stakeholders on our CRM systems and identify follow up actions when required.
- To be responsible for running reports and data on CRM systems to support school visit, training and events.
- Dealing with enquiries from customers and provide office back up when Senior Regional Manager and International Education Manager are travelling / visiting school/associates and other distributors) in alignment with our global approach and record accurate information about our Western Europe customers on the central CRM systems
About you
You will have proven excellent English language skills (C1+) with high accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong interpersonal and team working skills. You are confident with IT, and have a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
As a creative sales individual with a positive ‘can-do' attitude to challenges within the workplace, you will most likely have experience working in a sales team environment and be confident developing and maintaining relationships at all levels. You may have a knowledge of our programmes, qualifications, or resources, and may have worked within an education environment or international capacity. Any experience in publishing or language skills of one of the Western European Countries (e.g., French/German etc.) would be a huge advantage.
