International Customer Service Coordinator - GEM

The International Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing dedicated customer support to a category of major retailers including processing orders, resolving deductions and fulfilling customized customer needs. The overall goal is to work with Sales, Supply, and Logistics in order to provide a high level of service to our internal and external customers. Striving for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Under limited, to no, supervision, responsible for the customer relationship management of key revenue generating accounts; this includes but is not limited to ensuring that contract terms are met, financial metrics are met, and the development and proposal of financial and service based solutions
- Responsible for the resolution of issues arising from customers, Sales, and brokers regarding orders and order status, order cuts, and potential issues; resolves issues effectively and efficiently and ensures the coordination and communication of action plans
- Receive customer orders, process orders in SAP and coordinate with customer to dispatch
- Responsible for continuous improvements activities on assigned accounts; this includes, but is not limited to the data management, governance, analysis, and recommendation of actions to improve fill rate, appointment/want date adherence, lead-time variability, and inventory levels/issues
- Creates and develops ad hoc, and situation based action plans in order to mitigate service related issues to meet operational and financial metrics
- Lead the communication of critical product supply situations, internally and externally
- Internally coordinates with all necessary departments to ensure optimal customer service delivery
- Participate and contribute to projects as directed by the Customer SC Team Lead
