Why the International Corporate Banking Graduate Programme?
With a global investment bank presence across Americas, UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific, you will enter a supportive, collaborative environment known for its pace. Balancing work-life, the program fosters entrepreneurial skills within the bank's fast-growing division. You will access diverse bank groups and product sets, building versatility. You'll interact with global clients, engage in deals, and learn from senior bankers. Barclays provides tools, while support from a manager, coach, and buddy aids growth. This programme covers financial modelling, credit skills, CIB products, and solutions, plus understanding product sets like FX, DCM, and Barclaycard. You will master the end-to-end deal process, execution, and soft client management skills. Your responsibilities encompass assisting with relationship loans, cash management RFPs, trade finance facilities, amongst others.
