HR Operations
We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team to provide support with the administration and processing of international employees requiring a visa. This role will be offered on a hybrid basis, working from home and in our office at the Kings Meadow Campus each week.
You will be part of the wider Resourcing team and working alongside them, you will be responsible for the processing of Skilled Worker and Tier 5 visa’s Certificate of Sponsorships as well as advising on appropriate sponsored visa routes, with support from the HR Resourcing Services Manager.
We don’t require you to have experience and knowledge of immigration as we provide full training, but it would be beneficial if you have a basic awareness of UK immigration law such as right to work requirements.
Day to day you will be involved in the complete administration of all visa applications, including issuing Certificates of Sponsorship using the Sponsor Management System, monitoring verification of right to work documentation and ensuring our prospective/current employees have all the employment information and documentation they need to successfully apply for their visa.
You will liaise with prospective employees, colleagues and recruiting managers daily to ensure the full administration support for staff visa applications. You will use your communication skills to manage your relationships with key stakeholders and provide quality customer service for them.
As you will be the main administration support for immigration queries, accuracy and adaptability to learn new skills and procedures is important, with an outlook to continually challenge and improve our customer service for both internal and external customers. This is a team-based role, but you will be able to work both independently and as part of the wider team to resolve queries and maintain a high level of customer service whilst working to deadlines.
This role is available on a permanent contract. Hours of work are full time (36.25 hours).
