The client is looking for someone with experience in a similar role, ideally within the legal sector but would consider other professional services sectors. This role will also include the occasional travel to their London office to support the team there to support with events. This is an exciting opportunity, where you will lead on all early talent for the Bristol office.

The role:
You'll be working with the senior early talent executive to design and implement the marketing, events, and internship campaigns
Assist with screening apprentices, summer schemes, and training contract applications for shortlisting
Alongside working with the Early Talent apprentice, you'll be responsible for managing diaries, booking interviews, setting up psychometric tests and collating packs of assessment material
Delivering people advisory service to trainees and apprentices
Being a point of contact for trainee solicitors and apprentices
Organising pre-joining events
Expert user of online recruitment systems and internal HR systems
Supporting the firms Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy
The ideal Person:
Precious Early Talent experience or recruitment experience within professional services
Excellent Microsoft office knowledge
Organised and efficient
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Great attention to detail
High level of confidentiality and integrity
Someone adaptable
